SESSION DESCRIPTION Mainframe applications, legacy or newly developed, play a vital role in an enterprise mission critical information system. This session is an attempt to position the various J2EE – JBOSS integration options available for the integration of the mainframe applications and how these help Unisys Clearpath mainframe customers to emerge into a Service Oriented Architecture. As an application server scenario can be very complex to maintain during run-time, this session will briefly touch on some development & deployment as well as monitoring and “health checking” mechanisms imperative for keeping a resilient application server environment in production.
