J.D. Power's satisfaction study
Oct. 9, 2009 09:30 AM
W. David Gardner who writes for InformationWeek has a very interesting article here. He states the J.D. Power's study of smartphone satisfaction, which reports that the Apple iPhone topped the Blackberry and other devices. I am not surprised as if you have read my articles over the last 6 month, I have been seeing increasing business use and visibility for the iPhone.
If you want a few more example, check out the Apple Enterprise iPhone website
But remember that when bringing devices into the Enterprise you should manage and secure your corporate assets!
